Policy Statement

This Policy sets out how we undertake and deliver on our responsibility towards the Environment as part of our Corporate Sustainability.

ITL Technologies are committed to delivering sustainable value to its employees, suppliers and customers. This Environmental Policy has been designed to underpin our business model and equip us for the future in which our success will also depend on our ability to deliver products and services in a world that is increasingly resource constrained.

This policy will be reviewed from time to time and updated as necessary to reflect developments in our businesses and in best practice

The Policy

At ITL Technologies Ltd, we are an environmentally conscious and responsible business that recognises sustainable business practices are fundamental to our future.

We are committed to ensuring our business activities, wherever possible, mitigate the environmental impacts across all of our business operations through the implementation of smarter use of resources, community collaboration, and sustainable management practices.

We are committed to operating our business with an environmentally sustainable manner and will:

1. Ensure that environmental considerations are included in all aspects of our business planning and operations, consistent with sound business management practices and our responsibilities as a good corporate citizen.
2. Comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations, ordinances, and other requirements, and prevent pollution and adverse environmental impacts by implementing environmental management practices and procedures.
3. Work to support the intent of legislation and the policies of environmental agencies and contribute to community discussion where these relate to our operations.
4. Aim to continuously improve our environmental performance and to reduce our environmental impacts through regular review of our activities, practices and procedures.
5. Strive to continually reduce the environmental impact of our business by;
   • Conserving the use of Energy, Raw materials and Resources.
   • Minimizing waste streams.
   • Recycle all materials that can be recycled.
   • Use reputable companies for scrap and recycling.
   • Improve the efficiency of our use of raw materials and energy.
   • Minimise emissions and waste.
   • Seek out suppliers who have a proactive approach to environmental risk management and who manage natural resources responsibly
6. Set environmental objectives and targets to drive performance improvements. Implement monitoring and reporting procedures to communicate our performance internally and to relevant external stakeholders and interested parties.
7. Work closely with our team, clients, and other stakeholders as needed to develop and implement agreed environmental initiatives.
